Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is a fun water activity you can do on lakes, rivers, and the sea. It’s a fantastic low-impact exercise, a full-core workout, and an incredible way to experience the great outdoors. Join us for a two-hour introductory course in paddleboarding in the beautiful surroundings of Reinefjorden, and learn how to stand up on your paddleboard and steer it properly!
Paddle boarding is perfect for all ages and experience levels, as it’s easy to learn. With only little instruction, most beginners can stand up and start paddling shortly after taking a SUP out for the first time.
